I placed a mobile order before I left my house for a box of donuts. By the time I got there (10-15 minutes later) they hadn’t even started packing my order… Several employees were just standing around. The donuts I received are technically correct but don’t look nearly up to the standard I might have hoped for.
Service has went bad.

Dunkin' is known to have a great vibe, with attentive and friendly staff. The General Manager ensures orders are correct and cares for the customers. However, some customers have faced issues with unmarked glass doors. Despite this, most customers appreciate the quick service, especially during busy hours. A popular order includes a large caramel iced coffee with a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissant.
