He & his team at the Macedonia location do an amazing job! In addition, the Owner Dan Stanko & Catering Director Aaron, went out of their way to graciously donate food & gift cards for a large community church event my company was sponsoring. “Came in the night before my birthday to pick up a cake. The lobby was closed but my cousin was standing on the bench outside pointing at the cakes. Security came out and we were able to get a cake at the last minute. Ive been coming here for years and they have one of the best services ever!“

“Our first time at Bubbakoo's - we chose the Broadview Heights locaiton - was stellar from start to finish. We weren't familiar with the menu at all and the person putting our bowls together was really helpful and even suggested pairings and offered to let us take as many sauces home on the side so we could try different ones and see which we liked best. Everyone on staff that day was kind and welcoming and gave us exactly what we asked for.

We went to the South Euclid location a couple weeks later because we wanted to try some different stuff and the experience was exactly the opposite. Very cold, not friendly, not very welcoming, a lot of sighing when we asked questions, and they wanted to upcharge for every sauce we wanted on the side.

We won't be back to the South Euclid location, but we'll definitely return to Broadview Heights so long as the vibe remains as good as it was on our first visit.“

“Really like rallys and the location of this particular restaurant is super convenient right by the highway so it's easy to find and get too and the good is really good for a fast food restaurant and you can't beat the value of their 4 dollar meal deal that comes with a hot apple pie for dessert and the fries are a seasoned fry and really tasty with a decent crunch to them and the burger is really good that comes with sweet pickles and onions so it's a very tasty burger as for the parking lot it sits right on the corner of brookpark road and pearl road so sorry accessible but the only thing about this place is the lot is on the small side so they do have some tight turns and only about 10 parking spots is the only downside but most of the business here is thru the drive thru but hey it's still a great spot to get you burger fix quickly I'll certainly will be back time and again😎“

“I've loved Long John Silvers since I was a kid. I even worked at one as a teenager. This LJS is your only choice in Cleveland. The next closest one is in Elyria. The food and service is great, but I fear they are having staffing problems as it's rarely open in time. They also often have the dining room closed forcing you to go to their Walk up window. No matter the weather. I was just there the other day. It was freezing and snowy. I did choose to stay and get my food and the staff were fast and courteous, but if I wasn't hungry and strapped for time, I probably would have gone somewhere else. Overall though great food, good service.“

Even my service dog-in-training, Hazel (or as I call her, my angel), has been welcomed warmly. We’ve sat and eaten together with zero issues — just smiles and kindness all around.

Sure, it can be a little pricey, but what fast food place isn’t these days? “Haven’t been here in a long time. The taste of the food has improved dramatically. The general tso was fantastic with a good flavor. The chicken fried rice was excellent but hardly any chicken in it. The Kung pao has a fantastic flavor but it is almost all just carrots. There were only three small pieces of green pepper in the whole dish, but loaded with carrots. The chicken lo mein was the only low point. Flavor was kind of bland. The other dishes all had fantastic flavors.“
