Only come to this location if you want your time wasted.
With how long the we waited being the only car in the drive thru, we expected fresh hot food. Sadly even after waiting the food was cold, nuggets were cold and dry, fries were barely warm and soggy. Out of our family of 4 only 1 had a good meal and was able to eat the whole thing.
I won't rate anything just 1-stars because the place is still fairly new. But this is a HUGE let down, Chick-fil-A is a place we like to eat at and was on a semi frequently basis, for us. So having a location in our town cut down on the extended car rides. Or so we had hoped. We went in and placed our order at the counter, like we always do at a Chick-fil-A restaurant. Chick-fil-A offers good food and service, though experiences can vary. The service is often described as top-notch, kind, welcoming, and courteous, with one employee correcting a spicy chicken deluxe that was not up to standards, offering an apology and a fresh sandwich. However, others describe the location as slow and unreliable, with poor service and a gamble on whether orders will be correct, sometimes resulting in cold food or a regular chicken sandwich with a very small piece of chicken. One order was slightly messed up, with one part substituted for a spicy chicken sandwich, but the service made up for it with a free lemonade and coupons. Overall, many would eat here again and highly recommend it.
