“On Tuesday, June 17th, 18 old ladies and gents "dropped in" for lunch, thinking arrangements had been made for us. Someone slipped up. The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. Instead of any of the staff having an "attitude", we were treated with Simon's usual good cheer. Bravo Simon's!“

“This Penn Station is a go to for my family when we want a quick, affordable meal. The staff are always very friendly to us and I feel as if they genuinely care about our dining experience (which is rare these days). One time they forgot to pack my daughter's sandwich and before I had even realized what happened, they called me and gave us a free sandwich. I cannot think of a place in recent memory that went out of their way to own up to a mistake like that.
So if you're looking for good food that doesn't feel like you're getting ripped off, and quality customer service, I recommend this Penn Station.“

“I've always enjoyed this Mr. Hero location. I love the Roman Burger with waffle fries and of course you got to have the cheese sauce with the fries. It hit the spot today. The staff has always been helpful and it's a nice area if you want to enjoy your meal inside. I will say the food is hit or miss at times on when it’s ready so it’s hard to tell if it’s busy or not but other than that it’s good.“

“Listen....I live just about 40 minutes from the location. And I come specifically for this crew. Tom and the crew always make me feel like family when I am there! First and foremost, I LOVE the cucumber salad and it needs to be a staple on the menu again in my FIRM and HONEST opinion! Second, the young lady in the kitchen is an absolute ROCKSTAR everytime I come there! She always makes sure my food is top tier, chefs kiss quality! The cashier in front, (who I later on found out was Emily) made sure that I got what I requested and I am forever grateful to her and the rest of the crew! “Always get the Philly sammich, sometimes it's better than other times, but for the most part they're consistent and one of our regular spots, the kids even like they're subs, so that's saying something because they're picky eaters! 😊 This last time, they forgot my sub, I called and they said they'd have it ready in 10 minutes and they loaded it, it was definitely one of the better subs, maybe it was because I was more hungry from the wait or the anticipation 🤷, but whatever the case, it was good. We usually get a large fry and it feeds the 4 of us well, so it's a perfect size, I'm not crazy about how they put them in a cup with napkins on top because the top layer always sticks to the napkins and they get cold quickly, so it wouldn't hurt if they actually came up with a better container to put them in, but I still order them, they remind me if fair fries! 😊“

Vegan pepperoni, salami, and ham, vegan cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, red onions, herbs, and Dave’s Psychedelic Sauce.
It is really taste I swapped banana peppers for alfalfa sprouts!! it came cold next time I will ask for hot. There are so many vegan sub selections, I can't wait to to try the other options.“

“I was here on 10-11-25 after a previous negative experience and both the service and food were outstanding. There was a team member working in the grill area who noticed me waiting and asked the front counter person to find out what I was waiting for. I hadn't been waiting long, but it was nice to know that they were paying attention. My food was fresh, which I appreciated because I previously had cold fries and overly toasted bread. “This subway is HANDS DOWN the greatest subway location I’ve ever been to. The staff there is beyond amazing! Sion and Jonathan always do their thing and are so welcoming, as well as the others. The staff overall makes me feel super welcomed and I enjoy coming in because no matter who’s behind the counter, they’re getting me right. They are all very attentive and super nice. They keep the place clean while also making you a killer sub. The ingredients here are truly “fresh” as advertised and this is my go-to spot for when i need food during my break at work. This location has yet to fail me and they continue to impress me and make my day each time I swing by. There is a closer location that I could go to however the manager there was rude and I noticed that there pricing was way higher then this location. “First time ever trying a Mr Hero. Had a medium Hot Buttered Cheese steak. Waffle fries.(Like Chic-fil-lay) And a soda. 15$ fast service. Clean, well lit place. (You can dine in) Men's room had a sign saying "out of order" although a male employee used it...food was hot and flavorful. Not a bad experience.“

“Great place. 9 out of 10 times you'll get good food. That 1 time you don't and the sandwich under performs for the price is expected in the fast food industry. One thing they lack is service. I generally order online and when I pickup the employees never greet you, just look at you, say your name, get the food, leave. All without them saying a single word. If they do talk they are mostly rude, unless you get the normal woman employee who runs counter sometimes. She's really pleasant. Overall I def recommend.“
