“Amazing experience at this Charleys location! We ordered dine-in but forgot to mention an onion allergy to the cashier, so the sandwiches came with onions. My husband spoke to the manager, Hani, who handled the situation with total professionalism, respect, and kindness. He immediately replaced our entire order from scratch! Hands down the best location I've ever visited, Highly recommend!!“

“Heard nothing but great things about this place so I stopped by because I was fairly close by and I had a craving for a cheesesteak. Unfortunately after driving around the block 3 times, I couldn’t find a place to park. So I wasn’t able to give them a try…I’m a westsider and I’m not normally in the area, so not sure when I’ll be back.“

I come to this particular Charlie's cheese steak location as much as possible. Quick, friendly service. My order has never been wrong and I asked for no mushrooms every time. I probably been here 50 times. The app is 100% legit, I'd probably have to say it's the number two maybe three of all fast food apps that I've used behind Chick-fil-A only. Charlie's rewards is on par with any other fast food at and every single time you come here they're offering free stuff with the purchase of a cheesesteak whether it's fries or a milkshake or buy one get one milkshakes or buy one get one cheese steaks etc...“

“Always get the Philly sammich, sometimes it's better than other times, but for the most part they're consistent and one of our regular spots, the kids even like they're subs, so that's saying something because they're picky eaters! 😊 This last time, they forgot my sub, I called and they said they'd have it ready in 10 minutes and they loaded it, it was definitely one of the better subs, maybe it was because I was more hungry from the wait or the anticipation 🤷, but whatever the case, it was good. We usually get a large fry and it feeds the 4 of us well, so it's a perfect size, I'm not crazy about how they put them in a cup with napkins on top because the top layer always sticks to the napkins and they get cold quickly, so it wouldn't hurt if they actually came up with a better container to put them in, but I still order them, they remind me if fair fries! 😊“
