Cheesesteaks near Westlake, OH

“First couple times at Mr Hero. Pickup up a Romanburger for a family member and the cheesesteak sub for me. Solid food. The veggied on the Romanburger were fresh and my family member loved it. The cheesesteak sub for me was great too. I like mushrooms and it had a lot of them. If you're not a mushroom fan you might have them go light on them, but I love them. The waffle fries were very good, and i liked them much better than the ones at a certain chicken chain. Note, This location is definitely setup more for takeout than dining in.“

“So wonderfully CLEAN!!! Great service, atmosphere and food. It’s the only Penn Station we’ll patronize. So CLEAN!!!“

“I have been buying here since the beginning of this year. Food is amazing. Customer service is great. They do everything with such a pleasure and happiness it brings joy!! Totally recommend if you want to eat in a good place where is clean and you feel safe. Totally recommend.“

“Consistently 5 stars! The food quality is excellent. The customer service is excellent. The restaurant is always clean.

Every time I visit. Regardless of who's working. This place is the standard by which I judge other fast food restaurants.“

“Cheese steak was delicious. Lady at the counter was friendly and prompt.

Update as of July 2023.
I come to this particular Charlie's cheese steak location as much as possible. Quick, friendly service. My order has never been wrong and I asked for no mushrooms every time. I probably been here 50 times. The app is 100% legit, I'd probably have to say it's the number two maybe three of all fast food apps that I've used behind Chick-fil-A only. Charlie's rewards is on par with any other fast food at and every single time you come here they're offering free stuff with the purchase of a cheesesteak whether it's fries or a milkshake or buy one get one milkshakes or buy one get one cheese steaks etc...“

“One of our favorite spots to pickup food from! They are quick, consistent and always amazing. Everything is always fresh and hot, the service is friendly and it is truly one of the best Philly cheesesteaks I have ever had, even compared to many in Philly. They get the order right every single time. Highly recommend!“

“I just want to give a big thumbs 👍 up, I've been here 5-6 times and it never disappoints, Today I ordered the small original cheese steak as I was waiting on my sandwich and it was accidentally given to another customer, so they upgraded my sandwich to a large and gave me a free Fry, That's what you call great people working there and you guys didn't have to do that I understand mistakes happen, Thank you“

“Love it love it love it yeah“

“People r nice n food is great I would go here🍔🍟👍“

“I worked out in strongsville for 4 years but left for another job in cleveland. Started back at my old job recently in strongsville and stopped here for lunch and the lady behind the counter remembered me and my order lol. Very nice lady, food is always good!“

“Stopped for a Cheesesteak meal today, 4/22/23 around 5pm. Everything was cooked just right, and delicious. I'll certaintly be going back. Also, staff very friendly and restaurant very clean. Thanks!“

“Wow what a amazing person
U have running this place definitely a asset
One of the nicest kindest on it employee after I told him my order for me and my wife he was on it I watched him from start 2 finish if I had a shop he would be the 1st person I would hire ,, my wife and I will be back his name was Jim his last name I could not pronounce even if I tried ,, this guy definitely needs a raise he was handling the whole kitchen on his own“

“Very good food and service. Patel makes sure of that.“

“I ordered the cheesecake, oops, I meant cheesesteak… It was ridiculous. I have never ever taste the cheesecake like this. OK I’m using text to talk and every time I say cheesesteak it comes up cheesecake, must be my accent. Anyway, at the moment I walked through the door there was a young lady called Katie and she was like hi there welcome and it was so nice. She was unbelievable, friendly, professional, helpful. Then this guy Rob came over to me and he was super nice friendly. He was saying hello to everybody that walked in. Asked me if I needed anything. Then this other young man came out I didn’t get his name unfortunately he was super amazing. Overall experience was amazing highly recommend the french fries they were so tasty and many many places do not have malt vinegar. How can you not have french fries and vinegar anyway this place had more vinegar which surprise me so much. And also they have a ketchup up pump. The places that have sachets of ketchup is just like annoying lol anyway I got my fries my cheesesteak and unbelievably satisfied. Oh yeah, one thing I normally take pictures of the food before I eat it unfortunately, it was already in my belly after one bite not eat the whole sandwich and one bite. I took one bite and I liked it so much I couldn’t put it down. Anyway, needless to say I really enjoyed this place.“

“Charley’s Lakewood has great sandwiches, excellent wings, and the best fries! The staff is awesome and so helpful!“

“We door dashed Mr Hero last night. 5 Roman burgers and a Philly with fries and cheese. It’s been years since I have had Mr hero and the food was soooo good! Burgers cooked well, sandwiches wrapped nice, fries crispy and cheese hot! We will be back!“

“My 1st cheesesteak from here was 🔥🔥🔥. Double meat & all 3 cheeses was the absolute bomb. Kudos 2 Olmsted township 4 having a gr8 sandwich shop 4 the community!!!! Will definitely return 4 the cheesy goodness that is ur cheesesteak. 😁“

“The food is amazing, this is the only place that you are going to find this taste it's delicious, be careful though if you order a large meal it will be 20 dollars but you'll get 2 burgers the size of a double Q lbs with cheese at mcdonalds, a full basket of fries and a delicious cup of cheese, more than enough cheese trust me for the fries and a large drink, more than enough food for the price for sure. The customer service was also decent, they seem like good people.“

“If the Miz recommends it, than so do I“

“The food at Penn Station is really good! It's expensive, just like everything else today, so make sure to download the app for a discount. Unfortunately, the ordering and pickup process is confusing and not user friendly at all. It really needs some work to improve it.“

“very clean and good customer service“

“This particular Charley's Cheesesteaks (Avon) is BY FAR the best place we've gone to in this area for getting a Delicious, Fresh & Extremely Well Made sandwich !
Along with Great Service 😋
I did not expect much, and I've never stopped at this particular (new) store before, but, based on the friendly, fast service, and super quality of our food ( We got Cheesesteaks; Philly & Classic, Fries, and strawberry & chocolate milkshakes) we're already talking about going back.“

“Wanted to list a comment on how great the Penn Station East Coast Subs in Rocky River, OH is. Kamren the Rocky River Supervisor was great. Had an issue with online ordering and Kamrem was great at fixing and having order delivered to us in timely fashion. All our residents enjoyed. Not a sandwich left. Thank You.“
