“We've been to the Westlake Rosewood Grill several times and always leave Extremely Satisfied. The Managers, Servers & Staff are Always Very Professional, Friendly, Polite, Considerate and make our dining experience truly delightful. The food and portions the Chefs prepare are always consistently Generous, Delicious and Excellent! We Highly Recommend a dining experience at this location!“

“We enjoyed great, friendly service for a family birthday dinner. Birthday dessert was special too. We tried a bunch of apps and different meals . The overall most enjoyed item was the Korean BBQ Cheesesteak Sandwich. Don’t bother with the Cheese Curds. Lettuce wraps were good; Firecracker shrimp, onion rings,pizza, and Edamame were alright. We sat at a high top in bar area where the atmosphere is noisy with very loud music which made it difficult to enjoy conversation at our long table with the 6 people in our party.“

“Stopped in as a didn't want to cook night. Arrived before my wife and requested a table where she could see me. Our server was Mercedes and when she took my wife's drink order informed us there were no baked potatoes. When she came to take our meal order. After my wife gave hers, I began to give mine. Steak medium rare, loaded baked potato and Mercedes took my order as she normally until my wife jumps in and reminds her she just told us they were out. Mercedes may have gotten a little red, we all had a laugh and a good dining experience this evening. Thank you Mercedes for being such a joyful sever.“

“This was my 1st time here. It was enjoyable. The atmosphere was not quiet, but not loud. Like, I heard you talking, but I don't know what you were saying. The service was great ?? Our waitress was super cool. Everything we asked her opinion for, she was locked and loaded with her thoughts on it. I loved it. It just makes me feel better when staff can be honest and give their thoughts on dishes and drinks they've tried. I had a Cesar salad for my appetizers. It was ok. The lettuce could have been much better! There was a lot of dressing on it but it didn't taste too dry. My biggest complaint is the dated lettuce. Soooooo, they have like a regular menu and a seasonal menu. I ordered the ribs / fried chicken combo with shoestring fries. The ribs were ok. Clearly, not the best, but they satisfied my hunger. I'm not a shoestring fry person, but these were seasoned very well, which made me eat all of them. The fried chicken, however, was burnt. It looked extra crispy on 1 side, but I flipped it, and it was a blackened crisp! Yuck. Needless to say, I sent it back. Here's why I still give 4 stars ? I ate the new chicken for lunch today, and it was delicious ? All is forgiven. My friends ordered the burger and fries. They were ok.“

“Barring an occasional less than stellar visit, the food is consistently good, wait times are non existent and the staff is friendly. The one weak point is the bar. Variety is lacking and mixed drinks seem a bit unevenly prepared.

“Service was great. Sarah is excellent at her job. Onion rings are huge and delicious. T-bone was small for the price but good. My husband enjoyed his porterhouse. Very clean restaurant.“

“I ate a DelMonico steak w asparagus. It was very good. The server was mostly attentive. The establishment needs to update their website because the food prices were higher in the menus we received. Also, I don't agree with an automatic 20% tip added to my bill. There is outside seating which, also isn't indicated on their website. I would recommend this restaurant.“
