Starbucks in Westlake

“My husband and I have gone to the Starbucks just outside of market district and have had terrible experiences. We decided to try the Starbucks inside market district today and we are so glad we did! The baristas that were working were friendly, kind and efficient and made two of the best drinks we’ve had in long time! We didn’t get their names but they were two stellar ladies working on 8/3/25 around 12:15p. Thank you for the great service and experience!“

I want to give a special shoutout to Emily – after I recently placed a mobile order incorrectly and came in to replace the correct order at the register, she went above and beyond to fix the mistake at no charge which was unexpected (and unnecessary since it was my mistake!). She couldn’t have been kinder and I hope she knows little things like these make all the difference!“
