Starbucks in Lorain

“I am a Bucks fan and like that no matter where I go I can bet on an excellent chai tea made exactly how I like it. But a neighborhood Starbucks should be a warm and friendly place.
This one is not that. They take care of business and that’s that. No sense of community building to stimulate business. In Louisiana they would provide coffee grounds to the gardeners and call you by name if you were a regular, and smile. This place lacks personality.“

“I’ve definitely noticed a huge improvement here lately! You can really tell there’s new management—everything just feels more organized and efficient. The biggest difference for me is the wait time. In the past, I used to wait quite a while, but recently I’ve been in and out so much quicker, which I really appreciate.
