“I had the absolute BEST experience at this Starbucks today thanks to Fawkes and Micah! I accidentally ordered an off their menu drink, but instead of making me feel silly, they were so sweet, completely rolled with it, and actually made it taste incredible! They totally made my day with their amazing energy and top-tier customer service. Give these two a raise! 10/10, will definitely be back next time I’m in town!“

“Bringing Hunter here from West 150th was the best thing that could ever happen I stopped coming to this location for quite a while due to poor service and now because you guys brought Hunter here this is one of my favorite locations again I go to Starbucks multiple times Between a few locationsa day and Hunter is 100% by far one of the best baristas ever!“

“The staff here is doing the lords work! Serving the hospital, nurses, doctors etc., their output is so impressive and they do it with a big smile.

That being said, I tried an iced protein latte without syrup and instead a little cinnamon and honey; would not recommend. I think the 4 pumps of vanilla syrup are there for a reason. Cover up the weird protein aftertaste.“

“I actually stopped in at Star bucks Inside of Jacks Casino to pick up one of those Large Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccinos and it was the Bomb Diggity. Absolutely freaking delicious. Yummy in my Tummy, lol. Yes, it may be somewhat expensive but once in awhile, I have to splurge and pick one up and enjoy every minute of my (ME) time and that's the name of that tune, Thank you.“

“I was having a really hard morning and stopped here for a coffee. Shawn took my order and made me laugh with a joke while taking my order. What he doesn’t know is my dad recently passed and his name was Shawn. I needed that laugh more than he’ll ever know. Taking that extra moment to be silly with the customer can change their day drastically. Thank you so much for the laugh and the delicious coffee.“

“This by far is my favorite Starbucks. I have one inside my job but I always go to this one in the steelyard before heading to work because they have the best baristas and even at 6am they always greet me with smiles, great energy and amazing customer service. Faith, Christian, Ethan & Jae are literally my favorite baristas in the morning or after a long overnight on call shift because they get my drink just right EVERYTIME and the awesome energy they put out just get me going. I will forever RAVE about them.“

“I had to give a five star rating! I work next to an actual Starbucks store & this one that’s located inside of Target is always better than the actual Starbucks location… Just look at this Frap!!! Need I say more… The employees are also always very kind considering how busy they can get. I will forever visit this location.“

“We used several of The Cleveland Clinic locations . Most buildings have one. The staff was polite and although a few times they were really busy. The got our orders in a timely fashion. Everything was consistently good especially the hot ham and cheese ( my personal favorite) the blueberry scones were also quite tasty.“

“I went through the drive thru today at about noon. I don't recall the name of the girl who was working the drive thru but she had such a sunny demeanor and seemed so enthusiastic. She mentioned it was her first day on the drive thru and if it were my first day on drive thru, i likely would have been in full blown panic as it was pretty busy. I come to this Starbucks often but usually order ahead grab my drink and go. I am glad this was one of the rare times that i actually interacted with an employee. Kudos to her!“

“Livy was genuinely kind and welcoming during my visit. They greeted me with a smile, were patient while taking my order, and made the whole experience feel easy and pleasant. Even though it was busy, they stayed positive and attentive. Small interactions like this really make a difference, and I left in a better mood because of their kindness.😊😊“

“Everyone loves Starbucks... It's kind of like wearing that right fashion or something.. If you like strong coffee, they got it.. If you like a lighter blend, they got it . They have some good cool drinks with crazy tastes but you will pay for this experience to say you tried it.. When I am in Phoenix, they are everywhere and there is always a line . Judge your time accordingly.. My girl loves the place for their tea.. If you haven't tried it, you have been living in the moon and I welcome you back to Earth!!! Enjoy Americans..“

“Any time I've been to this location, they're slammed. Despite this, the crowd of people waiting, and the pile of mobile orders ready for pickup, I've never waited more than a minute or so to order and few minutes for my drink to be ready. Runs like a well-oiled machine and drink quality is top-notch. Mika made my Caramel Macchiato the past two mornings, and it was fantastic!“

“I traveled there two weeks ago, I needed a pick me up after a long flight C22. The line was so long and the other employees were rude to me during ordering, until the man with the glasses took over. The man making my drink talked me into trying oatmilk for the first time and i love it now. It was so delicious. I gave 4 star only because he very happy to make my drink. I was so grateful.“
