“Starbucks delivered excellent service from start to finish. The team was efficient, attentive, and kept the operation running like a well-oiled machine. Friendly staff, quick turnaround, and consistently great beverages make this location an easy five-star experience.“

“I just moved down the street from this Starbucks and I am sooo glad it was this exact one. I have had nothing but positive experiences when I visit this location. Their staff is so kind and positive. They always have a smile to share and you can tell they are working their tails off to keep the drink orders flowing. Even though they're almost always busy, I've yet to have my insanely complicated drinks orders be anything but exactly right!! This location is in downtown Cleveland, so it isn't one of the spots with lots of cozy lounging nooks, but the space they do have is welcoming and always so clean. You can just tell the staff there value their customers and respect their environment. Best Starbucks location I've ever been to, and that's saying something because I've been a loyal customer for many, many years.

I don't know what her name is, because as I said, I just started coming here recently. However, shout out to her bubbly sweetheart who has made more than one of my super early mornings an extra delight. When I find out her name, I'll be sure to update because she deserves an employee of the year award. Customer service has leveled up with that one!! ❤“

“I had to give a five star rating! I work next to an actual Starbucks store & this one that’s located inside of Target is always better than the actual Starbucks location… Just look at this Frap!!! Need I say more… The employees are also always very kind considering how busy they can get. I will forever visit this location.“

“I had the absolute BEST experience at this Starbucks today thanks to Fawkes and Micah! I accidentally ordered an off their menu drink, but instead of making me feel silly, they were so sweet, completely rolled with it, and actually made it taste incredible! They totally made my day with their amazing energy and top-tier customer service. Give these two a raise! 10/10, will definitely be back next time I’m in town!“

“I actually stopped in at Star bucks Inside of Jacks Casino to pick up one of those Large Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccinos and it was the Bomb Diggity. Absolutely freaking delicious. Yummy in my Tummy, lol. Yes, it may be somewhat expensive but once in awhile, I have to splurge and pick one up and enjoy every minute of my (ME) time and that's the name of that tune, Thank you.“

“The staff here is doing the lords work! Serving the hospital, nurses, doctors etc., their output is so impressive and they do it with a big smile.

That being said, I tried an iced protein latte without syrup and instead a little cinnamon and honey; would not recommend. I think the 4 pumps of vanilla syrup are there for a reason. Cover up the weird protein aftertaste.“

“This is a typical Starbucks. On the smaller side inside, but the music isn't super loud (great for getting work done or having a real conversation with others), and there seems to be plenty of small tables and seating. The place offers the usual food and drinks to be expected at Starbucks, and the 4 staff members behind the counter were all friendly and seemed like hard working people. However, one of the employees, as I went to pick up my mobile order at the counter, was mixing a drink, and he sneezed. Into his left hand. Not a huge deal if he were to sneeze into his elbow or hand and then wash his hands, but he continued to make the order he was currently engaged with. Turned me off on any possible future orders here.“

“I was having a really hard morning and stopped here for a coffee. Shawn took my order and made me laugh with a joke while taking my order. What he doesn’t know is my dad recently passed and his name was Shawn. I needed that laugh more than he’ll ever know. Taking that extra moment to be silly with the customer can change their day drastically. Thank you so much for the laugh and the delicious coffee.“

“We used several of The Cleveland Clinic locations . Most buildings have one. The staff was polite and although a few times they were really busy. The got our orders in a timely fashion. Everything was consistently good especially the hot ham and cheese ( my personal favorite) the blueberry scones were also quite tasty.“

“This by far is my favorite Starbucks. I have one inside my job but I always go to this one in the steelyard before heading to work because they have the best baristas and even at 6am they always greet me with smiles, great energy and amazing customer service. Faith, Christian, Ethan & Jae are literally my favorite baristas in the morning or after a long overnight on call shift because they get my drink just right EVERYTIME and the awesome energy they put out just get me going. I will forever RAVE about them.“

“Everyone loves Starbucks... It's kind of like wearing that right fashion or something.. If you like strong coffee, they got it.. If you like a lighter blend, they got it . They have some good cool drinks with crazy tastes but you will pay for this experience to say you tried it.. When I am in Phoenix, they are everywhere and there is always a line . Judge your time accordingly.. My girl loves the place for their tea.. If you haven't tried it, you have been living in the moon and I welcome you back to Earth!!! Enjoy Americans..“

“Any time I've been to this location, they're slammed. Despite this, the crowd of people waiting, and the pile of mobile orders ready for pickup, I've never waited more than a minute or so to order and few minutes for my drink to be ready. Runs like a well-oiled machine and drink quality is top-notch. Mika made my Caramel Macchiato the past two mornings, and it was fantastic!“

“I have been to this location many times and The staff here have gone above and beyond so many times, and I really appreciate all their kind and positive attitudes. Their friendly attitudes and ability to go above and beyond to help problem solve and suggest drink recommendations is outstanding. “I went through the drive thru today at about noon. I don't recall the name of the girl who was working the drive thru but she had such a sunny demeanor and seemed so enthusiastic. She mentioned it was her first day on the drive thru and if it were my first day on drive thru, i likely would have been in full blown panic as it was pretty busy. I come to this Starbucks often but usually order ahead grab my drink and go. I am glad this was one of the rare times that i actually interacted with an employee. Kudos to her!“

“I traveled there two weeks ago, I needed a pick me up after a long flight C22. The line was so long and the other employees were rude to me during ordering, until the man with the glasses took over. The man making my drink talked me into trying oatmilk for the first time and i love it now. It was so delicious. I gave 4 star only because he very happy to make my drink. I was so grateful.“
