Livy was genuinely kind and welcoming during my visit. They greeted me with a smile, were patient while taking my order, and made the whole experience feel easy and pleasant. Even though it was busy, they stayed positive and attentive. Small interactions like this really make a difference, and I left in a better mood because of their kindness.😊😊
I have had the pleasure of being serviced by Ms. Olivia, her smile, patience and willingness to help me out with getting set up on the Star Buck's app meant everything to me. I've attempted to get set up it seems like forever and i've never been successful. So again thank you and you make the tastiest and prettiest drinks ever!!! You get 5 stars.

One customer had a bad experience with a barista who was unfriendly and grumpy. The store is near a university, hospitals, and a cemetery, making it a good place to rest. Parking can be a little difficult. Some staff members go above and beyond to help customers, like a manager who made a cup of Sumatra coffee even though it wasn't available. The store is open to customers even near closing time. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company provides a good service.
