This is a typical Starbucks. On the smaller side inside, but the music isn't super loud (great for getting work done or having a real conversation with others), and there seems to be plenty of small tables and seating. The place offers the usual food and drinks to be expected at Starbucks, and the 4 staff members behind the counter were all friendly and seemed like hard working people. the drinks and food are prepped pretty well, but the service can be a tad bit slow even in the very early morning hours. the place is kept clean so that’s nice. but beware that there is no public restroom - you’re going to have to go to the church across the street or the nearby hospital.
Livy was genuinely kind and welcoming during my visit. They greeted me with a smile, were patient while taking my order, and made the whole experience feel easy and pleasant. Even though it was busy, they stayed positive and attentive. Small interactions like this really make a difference, and I left in a better mood because of their kindness.😊😊

One customer had a bad experience with a barista who was unfriendly and grumpy. The store is near a university, hospitals, and a cemetery, making it a good place to rest. Parking can be a little difficult. Some staff members go above and beyond to help customers, like a manager who made a cup of Sumatra coffee even though it wasn't available. The store is open to customers even near closing time. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company provides a good service.
