After multiple email campaign for special offer on Memorial Day, my family drove almost 40 minutes this afternoon to have bubble tea at the Euclid Avenue location, just to realize that the store is not open. There is no mention of the store being closed today in the app. The Google search just says the timing may differ today. My family really got disappointed. Great place to get Boba, the attached sushi place is also good. It would seem lately the staff can be a little inattentive though. Order wasn't 100% correct but was still good.
