Drinks were horrible. Boba was either overcooked or left out for too long. Milk tea had a weird sour taste to it. Workers even made you bag your own drinks? Never coming back to this kung fu location.

After multiple email campaign for special offer on Memorial Day, my family drove almost 40 minutes this afternoon to have bubble tea at the Euclid Avenue location, just to realize that the store is not open. There is no mention of the store being closed today in the app. The Google search just says the timing may differ today. My family really got disappointed. It was not a pleasant experience on the Memorial Day. I wonder the marketing team sending continuous email campaign without really informing which store has those offers and not informing which stores are open/close with their timings.
