This Starbucks is the local pre-order coffee spot. Early mornings cars have room to park, so customers can run in, grab their preorders, and leave. The coffee is excellent. So what if it’s a chain? The gentle people serving are sweet accommodating and efficient.
Multiple drink mistakes on a weekly basis. And while mistakes do happen, the last 2 times the staff did not even utter an apology, despite having to walk back to Starbucks from work with multiple drinks in hand. Today, when the man at the cashier was told "this one does not have water in it and this one was not supposed to be iced, the label is correct" his only response was "I can read". Once again, not even an apology for the inconvenience.

I've been to two different Starbucks only to be told they don't make them, but the young lady said if she knew what was in it, she could make it. She did, but I was charged for two different drinks.
