So I've been looking for a special "So Called" secret menu drink from Tik Took called the "Cosmo and Wanda" . I've been to two different Starbucks only to be told they don't make them, but the young lady said if she knew what was in it, she could make it. She did, but I was charged for two different drinks.

This Starbucks is the local pre-order coffee spot. Early mornings cars have room to park, so customers can run in, grab their preorders, and leave. The coffee is excellent. So what if it’s a chain? The gentle people serving are sweet accommodating and efficient.

Coffee tastes like they dropped a single bean in a glass of water and their “bacon sausage and egg” wrap was just a giant burrito of eggs and undercooked potato’s. I’ll just stick to the local coffee spots.

Multiple drink mistakes on a weekly basis. And while mistakes do happen, the last 2 times the staff did not even utter an apology, despite having to walk back to Starbucks from work with multiple drinks in hand. Today, when the man at the cashier was told "this one does not have water in it and this one was not supposed to be iced, the label is correct" his only response was "I can read". Once again, not even an apology for the inconvenience.

I asked the girl what they were doing with the store. No answer. I repeated “venti coffee” SEVEN TIMES. Just not the best at customer service imo. I’ll still give 5 stars. But some people need to improve social skills.

so first of all i go into order my starbucks and i have a kid with a burned face and the worker says "hey do u want yr sandwich like ur kid #burnt" and guess what i did to thst mofo i knocked his bitchass out the mufuckin starbucks and curb stomped him right in front of his grandma....... and ghen i took her into a retirement home. #karma

Great people! They’re very helpful and kind. My order was made with care; the barista made sure my drink was something they would personally drink themselves! I really appreciated that level of customer service and quality :)

Worst customer service. That continues to find new depths. I encourage others to share their experience in the hopes some corporate action is taken.Workers actively reduce workload by pulling several levers. 1. Converting to online orders only at random (no schedule) 2. Knowingly refuse to update the system to reflect in/out of stock items via the app (as many 15-20 items at a time).. Often over hearing workers joke about how many customers are turned away from this 3. Turning off mobile orders whenever they deem themselves too busy.. one time I walked in and they had their signs up “Mobile orders only” but the app clearly stated that were not taking online orders at this time.Here I am.. standing in a Starbucks with 4-5 workers behind the counter. No more than the usual drink amount on the pick up table.I asked if something was wrong because of the conflicting messages. They shrugged it off and said they were simply busy and shut it off.. that I would have to wait until they turned it on. I waited 5 minutes and left.Interesting business model..

Nice spot with great customer service. Received my meal in a timely manner. Had a spinach feta wrap and a vanilla latte. Everything was delicious.

This location is completely empty and has switched to "mobile orders only" going forward. Good luck getting a basic coffee or a correct order.Edit: so the owner "responded" here without addressing any of the customer concerns in these reviews...Literally the only thing we want is to be able to walk in, order a drink, and recieve that drink. Novel idea for a Starbucks, huh? But no, there is no ability to order here, and the "order online" function on the app is turned off by the employees more often than not. This location needs to be shut down.
