Just walked in to grab a cup of coffee in between work. Someone spoke saying welcome in. Then nothing. They had conversations while I stood at the register waiting. The drive thru person looked over in between taking orders, and when she had no one came and took my order. I am giving a 3 for the overall experience because of the drive thru person otherwise it would have been a 1. Four other people never acknowledged me. I'm disappointed as I come here ever so often during work.
This Starbucks is a great example of amazing customer service, great coffee, and an amazing atmosphere. I’m a college student who comes here often to study and do homework. I needed a suggestion for a good iced coffee to help with the long day of studying and I couldn’t be any more happier with the experience I have here. Everyone is always happy and has a great attitude. They will always have a loyal customer with me!
