Crazy Cleveland Clinic so I didn't expect much. The set up doesn't give the workers much room to move so things get slowed down. There are folks who are moving and some just standing around. You will get your order, I just don't recommend if you're on a rush.
I'm always blown away by how nice the workers are at this Starbucks location because they have to deal with some of the most obnoxious and demanding people I've ever encountered. Like if your single drink order takes more than 10 seconds to say maybe you should just stop talking and go be annoying somewhere else.

We used several of The Cleveland Clinic locations . Most buildings have one. The staff was polite and although a few times they were really busy. The got our orders in a timely fashion. Everything was consistently good especially the hot ham and cheese ( my personal favorite) the blueberry scones were also quite tasty.
