Today 9/16 a 20 minute line, I'm not complaining, just waiting for my flight. The young lady at the counter was stoic with a lifeless face, but she took orders and multitasked well. The young man (shawn) making the coffees was friendly and worked so clean and well, he had some steamed milk spill and he promptly cleaned the entire mess up and moved on without a misstep he seems to me to be a dream employee. Thanks for being so professional.
\"We can't do decaf anything\" Also, cashier was needlessly rude. She rushed us, slammed receipt, and the bag of food. No one needs to start the day here. The place was not crowded when we visited,. There was just one other person behind us in line. This place is in Concourse A. There is another Starbucks in Concourse C, which may be better?

Everyone loves Starbucks... It's kind of like wearing that right fashion or something.. If you like strong coffee, they got it.. If you like a lighter blend, they got it . They have some good cool drinks with crazy tastes but you will pay for this experience to say you tried it.. When I am in Phoenix, they are everywhere and there is always a line .
