3rd shift guy is very rude purposely ignores customers and airport employees sleeps in food court shoes off and all blows his breath and rolls his eyes just to let you know his disdain for you making him do his job I’d rather just wait for 1st shift from now on this is total bs and it’s been going on for too long

This place is the twilight zone. All the employees standing in the back talking personal issues and no one waiting on customers. No thanks.

Based on multiple visits, the staff at Dunkin' are sometimes friendly and smiling, even with long and complicated orders. Melissa was a sweetheart who made the best Dunkin bagel sandwich and croissant sandwich with love. A hard working young African American lady made a pumpkin caramel iced coffee taste the best. However, depending on who is working depends on their people skills. Some are extremely rude with very poor people skills, especially at the airport location. Customers have been told their sandwich is unavailable after ordering ahead, and then had to wait another ten minutes. Staff have been seen carrying on conversations while customers waited 15 minutes for food. Despite this, the food and coffee was fresh, and you get a bang for your buck. The vibe, environment, and experience are recommended.
