absolutely terrible service. so many people working here and they still get nothing done. made me wait 45 minutes for my food then tried to convince me they called it already... ive been standing here the whole time.

If I could give this place negative stars I would; the only lady working the front counter 09/12/2023 this morning around 3:45am was the most rude person I've encountered. I asked if an item was available and she gave me attitude. It seems like she's tired and didn't want to be at work, she should be let go because I guarantee Im not the only person she's made walk away that was about to spend $20

If it's in the evening the server up and hides / disappears. So you can't make any orders. When their there it's ok but it matters no how good the place is if no one is working.

We visited Cleveland from LA to see my brother we are STARBUCKS PEOPLE no ifs ands or buts about it HOWEVER the Starbucks was further down the terminal and we stopped for the first coffee we could (it was 5am). I got the butter pecan with caramel and OMG it was CRACK. LITERALLY SO GOOD. My husband got the iced vanilla latte which is his go to at starbs and he said IT WAS BETTER (I agree) so anyways we have been converted to Dunkin lovers. I downloaded their app this morning amd you get free drinks on there just like starbs. If you are a Starbucks person like me give Dunkin a shot. However, one thing I DONT LIKE, if you ask for light ice they will give you less drink... that's not cool dude. Starbies doesn't do that!
The donut wasn’t as fresh as I was hoping and the glaze was irregular. The hot latte was perfect! Both for 6 bucks! A steal at the airport.Apparently they have new Dunkin Scramblers.

This is abominable!!! I would give this place a minus 10 if I could. How can Duncan Donuts be okay with these reviews! So sad that we are now living in a world where good products and service are an exception rather than an expectation. ?
