Ordered from here multiple times and never really had a great experience. Today I have ordered 2 Frappuccino's and set pickup for the drive-thru as there is no other option. I waited about 5 minutes to pull up to the ordering screen and told them I had a mobile order. There were 6 cars in front of me and it took around 5 minutes to get to the window. I’m embarrassed to say but I’ve been hitting Starbucks almost daily while Christmas shopping and every employee I came in contact with were all very kind, I could never be a barista it’s non stop on your feet all day!
