I went through the drive thru today at about noon. I don't recall the name of the girl who was working the drive thru but she had such a sunny demeanor and seemed so enthusiastic. She mentioned it was her first day on the drive thru and if it were my first day on drive thru, i likely would have been in full blown panic as it was pretty busy. Starbucks is an average location with a slow pace. The staff seems to have a high turnover rate, and the workers may not be as efficient. However, some employees, such as a kind and inspirational staff member, stand out with their excellent customer service. For example, Kiki was very sweet and attentive, noticing when a customer’s friend only took one sip of his drink and offering to remake it. Chris is also known for being phenomenal with customers and providing great service. The facility is very clean, but the employees' attitude could be improved. There have been reports of rude behavior, such as chastising customers for not waiting long enough for their orders, even when there was no line or rush. Overall, while some staff members deliver top-tier service, the location faces challenges with attitude and efficiency.
