I have never in my life waited over 15 minutes for a single drink at ANY Starbucks. I get three, four, five drinks, quicker than this location puts out one. Don’t go here on your way to pick your kiddos up from school because you will be late.

Ordered from here multiple times and never really had a great experience. Today I have ordered 2 Frappuccino's and set pickup for the drive-thru as there is no other option. I waited about 5 minutes to pull up to the ordering screen and told them I had a mobile order. There were 6 cars in front of me and it took around 5 minutes to get to the window. I waited around 2 minutes to be told my order was still being made. Then waited around 10 additional minutes to be handed one of my drinks. I told the barista that I was missing a beverage and it was found. I checked the beverage and the one that was missing was separated from all the ice as it had been sitting for awhile.My honest opinion is don't go to this Starbucks. I live within 5 minutes from this location and can't go back after continued terrible service.

I’m embarrassed to say but I’ve been hitting Starbucks almost daily while Christmas shopping and every employee I came in contact with were all very kind, I could never be a barista it’s non stop on your feet all day!
