Red Lantern Japanese Cuisine is a cute place with beautiful Asian-inspired décor. The staff is friendly, and Kat provided excellent service. The sushi rolls, hibachi, sashimi, and Tonkotsu Ramen were all very tasty. The mackerel hand rolled sushi was particularly delicious. The restaurant offers a nice variety of lunch specials, and they even brought out samples of other sushi rolls for us to try. The parking is ample, and the restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. Overall, a great dining experience with quick service and delicious food, especially recommended for sushi lovers.
