“The interiors were really nice with a toy train running over the heads of the customers. And the ambience around the location is great. Service was with a smile and they really pile on the ice cream and timings. But I found the ice cream by itself pretty average. Might be I didn’t choose the right flavour. Couldn’t find much of a difference from any other chain.“

“Great experience with Chris I believe was their name, one of the GMs. I came in with my grandparents for the first time and she saw us look a little confused, and jumped right in to explain how it works. She even came around the counter while we ordered to check on us, and throughout the meal. Most places buy their beef frozen from the same wholesaler (nothing special) they try to set themselves apart by creating their own sauce but a great burger starts with fresh beef which the rail has perfected .“
