The young people that work here got the order right. Food was good but it took much longer than at other locations. Even the one that was working the hardest out of the group was laughing chatting and goofing around. I thought I was back in the 90s at a dairy queen. Seemed like fun times but I wanted faster service.
Received email and text that rapid pick up order was ready. Got to location it wasn't on the shelf, asked where it was and was told they didn't have anything I ordered. They should have cancelled the order or texted to call the store, not indicated that the order was ready for pick up. Had to them wait to get a refund after driving to and walking inside for food that wasn't available. Frustrating. Pathetic. Lame. Time consuming. Despite picking up our food as soon as it was plated, it was cold. There were flies and fruit flies flying around the food, and throughout the restaurant. The tables were sticky. Won't be back any time soon.
