Even the one that was working the hardest out of the group was laughing chatting and goofing around. I thought I was back in the 90s at a dairy queen. Seemed like fun times but I wanted faster service.

For the price I paid I expected my food to taste a lot better. I ordered a Half grilled cheese and broccoli cheddar soup. The soup was fine no issue, but the grilled cheese was horrible. It was not fresh and appeared to have been old just warmed up and served. I couldn’t even finish eating it because it did not taste edible. How do you mess up a grilled cheese sandwich? I should have left when I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and it looked disgusting. I have never been to a Panera bread where the bathroom and lounge area was not clean. This was my first and last time going to this location.
