Ordering at the counter takes forever. I’ve been here 3 times and for a single person, it took 20-30 minutes to get food. Order online unless you want to wait. The workers are very slow.
The employees were so helpful the moment I walked in the door. The orange scone and iced coffee we're absolutely delicious
I used to love Paneras salads, but they have gone down hill. Last two times I’ve gone, the ingredients are slim and not as fresh. I paid for a whole salad and looks like I got a half. Only good thing was it tasted good.
