I went through the drive thru on my way to the airport and I ordered 2 of the chicken biscuits I bit into one of them and it was dry and it tasted like it was old very disappointed.
I ordered a Dave’s Double with no cheese. I was informed by the cashier that I still had to pay for the cheese, so I did. That’s kinda wrong in my book. We were the only people in the dining room at dinner time. They kept the doors locked so long after covid and others reopened that people probably think the dining room is permanently closed. The indoor dining area closed. Someone eating inside giving hand signals to people to go through the drive-thru. Would be nice to not have to eat in the car, so I left without buying anything here. Steak n Shake next door has open dining room.
