Sister and I picked up dinner using drive through this late afternoon, first time in many years. Last time we were here, long drive through lines were a Chick Filet, today, long prompt moving lines were at Steak and Shake. Young man taking our order was friendly and helpful making welcomed suggestions. We read about the finer ingredients being used. Double burger was juicy, flavorful, deliciously outstanding. No AC in the building what so ever… seen sweat dripping in my burger I still took my order & left without eating it, it’s not the employees fault poor management has them work under these conditions. Whoever runs this restaurant should be ashamed probably sitting in the office while the employees work like slaves smh
