“rockne’s has been my favorite restaurant since i was a kid. they closed all the closest ones to me so now we drive 40 minutes just to go to this one because it’s amazing every time!!! the service is amazing and the food always comes out quickly. the food is delicious every time, and they give huge portion of fries. the prices are also incredibly fair for how much food you get. i’ll always come back to rockne’s and i wish there were still more of them closer to us!!“

“LaCole took on my New Year's Day luncheon with very limited notice from me. However, even with the short time to prepare, she knocked it out the park. She had a menu for me within hours, very professionally put together. On the day of, she came in plenty of time to setup...and The FOOD was beyond my expectations. My guest raved about evey dish. “The wife and I made a day trip to Akron to pick up something and thought we’d stop in for breakfast. Very friendly staff. Seated promptly and the waitress reviewed the specials and let us look at the menu for a minute. The owner came out and talked about some of the specials and brought us a sample treat. We ordered a couple of the eggs Benedict daily specials (one was the classic and the other was corned beef). We upgraded the hash browns to Mystic potatoes (cheesy hash browns). Everything was delicious! The cheesy hash browns were phenomenal and the Benedicts were both very good. My wife also got some pancakes which were cooked perfectly! There was enough food to bring some home for tomorrow! Highly recommend!“

“This was our first time going and it was honestly so good! It’s super refreshing to find a restaurant that does breakfast but in a healthy way! I love that most dishes have avocado as an ingredient because of the health benefits. I personally cannot eat avocado due to an intolerance but my food was still amazing even when I took it out! I got the Eggs Benedict - BLT.. I don’t even have words to describe it. The greens were crunchy, the hollandaise sauce was citrusy, the eggs were perfectly jammy while my bread was beautifully toasted and the bacon and tomato just added to it. I got it with the side of potatoes and those were perfect. I will absolutely be coming back. Also, I’m not big on coffee at all, but their coffee is so amazing that I actually had to get a bag for home.“

She was very attentive, prompt and always had a smile on her face. She was very friendly and it was apparent to me she really loved her job! Sadly, however, the last few times I’ve been in, I’ve sampled several of their gluten free baked goods which were all subpar. Today I told myself that the red velvet cupcake would determine whether I ever tried another of their gf baked goods. I used to love this place in the Wellness Center, when the cafe was 100% gluten free, and the red velvet cupcakes, scones and muffins were exceptional. Thought I’d spare a gluten free soul by sharing my experiences.“

“Anything I've ever tried off the menu here has been delicious. They have specials for each day and I recommend trying the special of the day. Also they make great drinks ! I recommend the Jamaican Mule, I get it every time, it's delicious. Food wise you can't go wrong. The owner throws down in the kitchen, especially with the seafood and burgers. Talk about good seasoning, everything's seasoned delightfully. My favorites so far are the Shrimp Quesadillas (Tuesday is quesadilla day) , their Summit Lake fries and every Friday is fish Friday with a great deal on yellow tailed perch fried to perfection.
