We ordered beef brisket sandwiches that were mostly fat and charred. It was inedible and I'm embarrassed to have served this to my guests. This is unacceptable. When my Mother called to complain, a woman told her that they had run out of meat and "made the sandwich the best they could with what was left" and offered no solution whatsoever.
