Chicken Wings near Stow

“Ordering food for my family is not always easy due to the allergies and food intolerances some of us have. The Altieri's in Stow does an exceptional job when it comes to being allergy-conscious though. My father suffers from a wide variety of food allergies, and the staff at Altieri's always takes the time to talk with me and check to make sure that the pizza I order for him will be safe. We've never had a problem thanks to their diligence, and we've ordered from them many times. They also have a gluten-free pizza available for my wife and daughter who both have celiac disease. Not only is the food safe, but everything we've ordered always comes out terrific. I really appreciate the level of attention and detail the staff uses when preparing our food.“

“I called for a pick up, I called the one by my home opps. so when I arrived at the Stow store no pizza. But Sara made my order right away. And Drew was really nice when I called to tell him what happened. Good food🍕🍗“

“The wings aren't bad at all. My qualm lies with the (lack of) sauce choices and pricing. If there were a more diversified assortment with a better spicy to not spicy ratio and/ or are fairly reasonable price range, then this franchise in general would be amazing! As for this establishment, I like that they have seating (albeit limited) and that their dining area is open late in an area that sees other places closed hours prior, some the staff could definitely at least try to be a little more personable. Not to say any were rude or displayed actions unbecoming! Just that some absolutely refuse to address any patrons when they are the only employees in sight, regardless if you're cooking or not. Otherwise, if you want wings and no one else viable is open, you will be happy to have them here!“

“Ordered 2 pizzas on line - a 1st for me, couldn't figure out how to change size, so kept them large. Nice kid greeting you when entered. My wife and I liked our pizza a lot. Now have lunch and snack, glad got large.“

“Amazing food! It makes me mad that I have waited so long to try it. Every meal that our group ordered was so good. The chicken skins are incredible! The pickled celery is a must have. The wings, burgers, and steak were all so good!“

“I will be honest, I haven’t eaten there yet but just had the greatest experience that restored my faith in humanity just a little bit. I was in the Akron area for training with TNVC and I assume my iPad was stolen. Today it pinged at someone’s house and then it pinged in the parking lot of the Basement a few hours after I locked it and left a message for the would be thief. I called and spoke with Stephanie, and after explaining what had happened she was king enough to walk to the parking lot while I pinged it. The thief had dumped my iPad in the dumpster, thankfully not too deep. I just wanted to say that Stephanie was amazing for being such a good person and helping someone with no expectation of receiving anything in return. Next time my family and I are in the Akron/waterloo area I will make sure I patronize The Basement if only to help repay a bit of the kindness shown! This is how a neighborhood restaurant does it!“

“I know I'm not the only one who is singing the praises of Boss ChicknBeer, but I almost cried with joy just reading the menu last night. The staff was very accommodating and funny to boot. I asked what a Tupac was, and was informed that he was a rapper from the '90s who was tragically taken out in his prime. 🤣 (it's two chicken strips, a sauce, and a side. I did walk into that... ) Beer, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, mac & cheese... oh my tots! I cannot wait to get back there! 😍“

“The ONLY reason for four starts on the food is the quantity of grease/oil that is on the pizza. It’s a lot of oil and would definitely be 5star if they can find a way to get the pizza to be the same but deduct how much oil is used so the bottoms of the slices aren’t so wet in the oil. Even then the pizza is still a solid four! High recommend this place for pizza.“

Definitely a new pizza discovery : pepperoni madness , what meaty perfect blend of different varieties of pepperoni,& we drizzled a side of hot honey on our slices and it was delicious!
I’m a bit of a wing snob, but I took a risk, with 6 bone in , and will say the crispy outer layer with the moist fresh chicken was a great surprise,,, I tend to hesitate ordering at a pizza place…
They were excellent!
