If the front of the store, where the customer can see the food, isn’t clean imagine what the back of the store looks like. I want to go back here badly because of the convenience of location, but the food prep area is always filthy.
They have gotten stingy. The meatballs are smaller than they used to be, and they are putting less tuna on the sandwiches than before. I'm not paying less, so I don't want to get less.

Have always enjoyed coming into this Subway, but for whatever reason, they won't accept ALL coupons now (only some). They say the system won't accept them. And the staff don't know how to do manual entry of coupons. Multiple times I've gone in with a coupon for Buy 2 Subs for the Price of 1, but the coupon mysteriously won't work and I pay full price.
