The tables were a little dirty
Nice staff at this location. Better than the one in Cuyahoga Falls on Graham. My sandwich was fresh hot and cheesy
Restaurant is clean, the staff is very friendly! Even when busy they get your order out as fast as possible. Ive been here during the day and evening and staff on both shifts is great. Ive never had an issue with the food either. Food has always been great. Also the restaurant is always decorated for the holidays so its a cozy atmosphere on the inside!

Arby's offers a mixed dining experience. While the staff is generally friendly, service can be slow at times due to low staffing. The restaurant maintains a clean environment, but some customers feel the portion sizes do not match the prices. Wheelchair accessibility is good, with a ramp available.
