Based on reviews I read I decided to have lunch at Jim's Open Kitchen. I was warmly greeted and took a seat in a booth that had duct tape on a sagging bench. I ordered the Junior Jimbo cheeseburger which $12+ and was asked if I wanted lettuce, onion, tomato and mayo on it and I said yes not knowing there was an up charge fee for each of these items. The waitress did not tell me that it would cost an additional $1.80 to add these items to the burger. All other burger places...read full review
I have breakfast here every Friday and I love their food. I have met some of the nicest people that are regulars here like I am. The staff is awesome! The service is wonderful thanks to Lisa, Ricky and Ian.
I love Jim’s Open Kitchen the food is fantastic and everyone knows your name it’s like our own Cheers in Solon everybody is so friendly and kind and I’ve never had a bad meal there I usually get breakfast but I love their stuffed cabbage. I would recommend this place to everyone!
