“Haven’t been to JT’s Diner for about two years. Thought we’d give it a try as we remembered it being good at their previous location. We were very disappointed in our breakfasts. My crisp bacon was burnt to a crisp with burnt taste upon first bite. Our home fries used to be excellent “sliced” potato’s, but yesterday came as mush and the scrambled eggs were not even cut….just folded like an omelet. Coffee was good and hot, as in the past. For $20.53 I expected better. Don’t think I would return.“

“I absolutely love Brassica! The food and lemonade is always so fresh and delicious! I love the different options of veggie toppings. Since this place is located within Van Aken District there is plenty of space to sit and enjoy especially in the warmer months so the atmosphere is nice. The bathroom has always been clean everytime I've used it and they even have just a small sink outside of the bathroom if you only need to wash your hands. This place is a little bit on the pricer side but I think its worth it as it is healthier and fresher and a lot of their utensils and napkins and bowls are made from recycled materials and is some are compostable. If you like Mediterranean food in a Chipotle style way then I recommend this place!“

“We went on a Monday towards the end of the morning Rush at about 11:00 11:30 or so we had to wait a few minutes for them to clear some tables for seated pretty quickly we had coffee ordered our food and it came really fast I have the spinach and mushroom I'm up with Swiss cheese and it was great the hash browns I would have liked a little bit more well done but they were good my husband said is over medium eggs were done perfectly I would go again“

“OK. I checked this place out last year and I was sorely disappointed. But they have completely changed their tune...er, taste. The curry chicken has a nice spicy taste. The cabbage has good flavor and a unique (at least to me) different presentation (sliced up real thin). And they give HUGE portions! I'm talking "can't shut the lid" portions! Man, they have Jamaican-style plantains - they sweet style. I have another favorite Jamaican spot which I have been going to for almost twenty-five years. “We got a last minute reservation on a Friday night after a recommendation. We weren’t sure what to expect, and we were VERY happy! I had a delicious classic Paper Plane cocktail and hubby ordered a bottle of red wine. We started with frog legs as an appetizer…lightly fried, and so much garlic and lemon…perfection! I had the chicken pitta, my husband had veal parm (our server Tony suggested it as it would go great with the wine he chose). Both dishes were so plentiful we each took half home. The amount of artichokes and red peppers on my piccata was very generous, they don’t skimp on anything! We ended the night with Affogato and it was also wonderful. Bottom line is the whole experience was great! We can’t wait to be back in Cleveland and come back…don’t miss out.“

Can definitely tell they’ve cut corners - they got rid of the hole in the middle are gone, and $16 for a dozen. You can come out to Painesville and get a full dozen for cheaper and MUCH better!“

As someone who is personally not a fan of Guinness pours in glasses that don’t meet the Guinness glass standard, this glass and pour is superior to your run of the mill American pint glass. The beer has always been top notch even for Cleveland but I have to say the food has gotten much better since Eugene's first opened its kitchen inside. I used to think differntly about them but in 2026 these may be the best fries in the city. “My brother introduced me to this place. He had brought me in on my birthday weekend (8/9). He showed me the menu prior to coming and so I had an idea of what I wanted to order. When we arrived, I had the honor of meeting the owner of the business, Razzi. Such a really cool, chill dude.
Since he wasn't busy at the time, he took the time to show us all the things his business had to offer. He told us where he gets his ice-cream, the ingredients for his waffles, etc. To learn the history of each item was very insightful.

Service: Razzi was very knowledgeable about his food and the things he serves. He was super cool and I love that he is a small minority business owner. He will be seeing me again soon.

Food: I ordered the Cinnaroll waffle with Nutella spread and a scoop of vanilla brown sugar ice-cream. I also got this Matcha Lemonade. Talk about the best waffle I've ever had. It was light, fluffy, with a nice crisp bite to it. Because of it being made by scratch, all the flavors were very well balanced and nothing overwhelmed. I highly recommend ordering the large waffle. The iced Matcha Lemonade (the green drink) was also good. A very healthy drink.
