“Haven’t been to JT’s Diner for about two years. Thought we’d give it a try as we remembered it being good at their previous location. We were very disappointed in our breakfasts. My crisp bacon was burnt to a crisp with burnt taste upon first bite. Our home fries used to be excellent “sliced” potato’s, but yesterday came as mush and the scrambled eggs were not even cut….just folded like an omelet. Coffee was good and hot, as in the past. For $20.53 I expected better. Don’t think I would return.“

“this columbus-based chain has a lot to offer in terms of flavor and vegan options. despite being a build-your-bowl concept, it still feels high-end. everything from dressing salad to baking pita in a stone oven is done in front of you. the menu is clearly labeled, and staff are happy to inform you if something contains dairy. my go-to is a salad bowl with falafel, hummus, dressed cucumbers, red cabbage, beets, marinated eggplant, cauliflower topped with zhug, and of course, a side of freshly baked pita :) other options include vegan tahini chocolate chip cookies and french fries with a wide array of drinks. “Food was all perfect - love the blue cheese dressing on the romaine wedge salad and Branzino and other guests were very happy with their meals - lamb shanks, salmon, and seafood tortellini. Waitress Mandy was excellent. Really appreciated that we could reserve a table for a regular time rather than specific New Year's Eve seatings and it was no problem to be out of there before their 1 3/4 -2 hour time limit for the special night, even with dessert and apps. Multi-racial clientele and good jazz over the sound system.“

“A bit loud, but not beyond what you would expect for a beer hall. The food was excellent, and the variety of brews was great. Also appreciate that they have some NA options.
Seating is communal, so if you are a small group (2-4), expect to share a table with another small group.

“We got a last minute reservation on a Friday night after a recommendation. We weren’t sure what to expect, and we were VERY happy! I had a delicious classic Paper Plane cocktail and hubby ordered a bottle of red wine. We started with frog legs as an appetizer…lightly fried, and so much garlic and lemon…perfection! I had the chicken pitta, my husband had veal parm (our server Tony suggested it as it would go great with the wine he chose). Both dishes were so plentiful we each took half home. The amount of artichokes and red peppers on my piccata was very generous, they don’t skimp on anything! We ended the night with Affogato and it was also wonderful. Bottom line is the whole experience was great! We can’t wait to be back in Cleveland and come back…don’t miss out.“

“Love this place the spicy garlic parm wings are fantastic and we come here often for prime rib and burgers. Its always really good food. The wait time for service can vary depending on when you go but they are usually pretty on top of things and take really good care of their regulars.“

“We stopped in for lunch and it exceeded our expectations! We ordered a ham sandwich on focaccia bread with potato, broccoli and cheddar soup, and the Claudio sandwich with white bread. It was all spectacular! The story of how the shop started was also sweet to read inside the restaurant. We will definitely stop here again next time we are in the area.“
