Stopped in on a whim and had the pleasure of being assisted by Isaac, great personality! Ordered tiramisu, a chocolate canoli, a slice of Italian cheesecake and cassata. Thumbs up to all except I wouldn't purchase the cassata again. The strawberries were good and the whipped cream was good and heavy, but the cake itself was tasteless. I will stick to Barona's for the best cassata in CLE. I visited in the evening and the place was nice clean and calm. Stop in and see for yourself....read full review
We visited Presti's Bakery after spending the morning at the Cleveland Museum of Art (which is a must see) and before heading over to the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, and it was the perfect way to cap off an already perfect morning. Cream puff + apple turnover + chocolate dipped coconut macaroon + tall latte = a perfect morning!Kid-friendliness: A very family oriented place

One of the best pastries I’ve ever had was the amaretto lobster tail, the filling was perfect and the pastry had a fantastic crunch to it. The cappuccino and coffee was also pretty good, but getting served took quite a while. The pizza with red sauce and sausage was quite good but the artichoke pizza tasted more like a flatbread and was mostly bread with no sauce. Overall really good pastries!
