Shelves packed, fridges loaded, and a full lineup of Coke products to wash it all down. We stop here 2–3 times a month, and for good reason. The food never misses. Here's what we had today: 🍕 Pepperoni Pizza – 8.1/10 Hot, fresh, and loaded with flavor. A crustless, center-cut slice of cheesy joy. No edge, no problem—it hits hard where it counts. 🍕 Sausage Pizza – 8.4/10 Same amazing base, but the sausage takes it up a notch. Big, juicy chunks of sausage packed with flavor. “I was happily surprised to find the King Tut, Egyptian Street Food truck at my niece’s graduation party! The owners were helpful in explaining the menu and delightful to chat with. “4 of us visited Bruno’s Sunday for dinner with a 6:45 reservation. Greeted immediately upon walking in. Bar area seats abt 10-15 and reservations can be made for bar seating as well! Within a minute of being seated our server had our drink order and returned with them. Appetizers ordered: Hot sausage stuffed peppers These weee absolutely awesome. Served with peppers and onions with a light marinara. Menu says “spicy”; they are medium hot but amazing flavor Artichoke The couple with us ordered these ?breadcrumb” battered and fried portion. Also sauced in hous made marinara. Entrees ordered: chicken parm, spaghetti marinara, scallops and pasta. All were tremendous! Our server Martha was spot on with everything, meal was very nicely paced. I spoke with the gentleman in charge to compliment him on his food and staff. This was our first visit but definitely not our last! This is a definite 10/10.“

Everything was carefully prepared and the highest quality. Stellar service from the minute we stepped in to the last goodbye. Can't recommend this establishment enough! “We have been coming to Hot Grillz Diner since we saw it on New Day Cleveland (way before the pandemic). Karen and crew are awesome and the food is fabulous. No matter what you decide to order I promise that you won't be disappointed. We have brought friends here who are now regular customers. Come in once and you will be back!“

“Soho is some of the best fried chicken in Cleveland period. Both the white and dark meat are cooked to perfection. What's even more shocking is they do this with boneless breast and thighs. These pieces of chicken are boneless and still moist. That's so rare to see. The sides here are phenomenal! The mashed potatoes are a stand out for sure. They are beyond rich and decadent. They taste of just butter and are silky smooth. The mac and cheese is delightful with a wonderful Gouda flavor. The Nashville hot sandwhich is great and not overly spicy it's very pleasant. But the hush puppies are a must try they are the size of a golf ball and are so soft and moist. With this excellent dipping sauce. Nothing here is bad. The service was super fast. Food arrives very quickly. I do however recommend reservation for the weekend or a Friday. This place fills up fast. Parking can be a pain because it is all street parking and finding something nearby can be hard. But it's absolutely worth it for some of the best chicken around. Also with free biscuits how can you beat that.“

“Edit: it's clean now! The pizza here is so good, we have been here several times and will definitely be back. I hesitate to recommend this place because it is just so dirty in here. They make little effort to wipe the tables or sweep the floor during service. The trash piles up right by clean service items. You have to bring your own wipes to clean off a sticky table if you want to dine in.“

“First visit this evening with a small group of friends, had 14 different menu items, drinks, apps, pizzas and desserts The staff was attentive and swift, a nice back room to sit and relax with friends. Everything we tried was wonderful, the staff was flexible bring the hot honey for the pizza on the side. All five of us left comfortably stuffed . Will absolutely be returning. 10 out of 10 pictures of drinks and dessert, eat the pizza to quickly“

“I live about 90 min from Cleveland, and my 8 year old has been begging me to take him somewhere to try bubble tea for weeks now. We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girl’s name (she was tall with long blonde hair), but she was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. The restaurant was also super clean and all the employees were working hard.“
