Shelves packed, fridges loaded, and a full lineup of Coke products to wash it all down. We stop here 2–3 times a month, and for good reason. The food never misses. Here's what we had today: 🍕 Pepperoni Pizza – 8.1/10 Hot, fresh, and loaded with flavor. A crustless, center-cut slice of cheesy joy. No edge, no problem—it hits hard where it counts. 🍕 Sausage Pizza – 8.4/10 Same amazing base, but the sausage takes it up a notch. Big, juicy chunks of sausage packed with flavor. “I was happily surprised to find the King Tut, Egyptian Street Food truck at my niece’s graduation party! The owners were helpful in explaining the menu and delightful to chat with. “We have been coming to Hot Grillz Diner since we saw it on New Day Cleveland (way before the pandemic). Karen and crew are awesome and the food is fabulous. No matter what you decide to order I promise that you won't be disappointed. We have brought friends here who are now regular customers. Come in once and you will be back!“

“Had the pleasure of dining here tonight. Everything from our server Shannon to the food was outstanding!

To drink I had a Love Language, which Shannon recommended! It's made with their house cucumber vodka. It was very refreshing!

For dinner, chicken breast that wasn't dry, seasoned well and easily cut with a butter knife! Collards and Mac and cheese were good as well!

For dessert, we has a banana creme brulee. I'm very picky about creme brulee, but this was perfection!

Will definitely be coming back!“

“Parking is an experience in an unattended lot with a smart phone. Service was slow. Waitress did not ask how I wanted my burger done. It was well done plus. We had to find the staff to get our bills.

I am guessing that dinner may experience may be better.“

“4 of us visited Bruno’s Sunday for dinner with a 6:45 reservation. Greeted immediately upon walking in. Bar area seats abt 10-15 and reservations can be made for bar seating as well! Within a minute of being seated our server had our drink order and returned with them. Appetizers ordered: Hot sausage stuffed peppers These weee absolutely awesome. Served with peppers and onions with a light marinara. Menu says “spicy”; they are medium hot but amazing flavor Artichoke The couple with us ordered these ?breadcrumb” battered and fried portion. Also sauced in hous made marinara. Entrees ordered: chicken parm, spaghetti marinara, scallops and pasta. All were tremendous! Our server Martha was spot on with everything, meal was very nicely paced. I spoke with the gentleman in charge to compliment him on his food and staff. This was our first visit but definitely not our last! This is a definite 10/10.“

“We ordered for our company Christmas lunch. All the employees raved on how good everything was. The owner and his employees were a pleasure to work with. The food was delivered on time and hot. Thank you Bronco's Western Ribs. I am sure we will be ordering again in the future.“

“Good Pizza delivered in a big way. Had the spicy vodka slice and the pepperoni, and they recommended hot honey on the pepperoni, so I went for it. The honey doesn't overpower the slice at all, it's just the right balance and adds a nice touch without taking over.
The vodka slice was good too, but if I'm picking a favorite between the two, the pepperoni edges it out. That's not a knock on the vodka though, the sauce really stands out and the dough is fantastic across the board. Outside of New York, this is honestly the best NY style pizza I've had.
One heads up, they're closed Sundays, so plan your visit accordingly.“

“The coffee and service were great, but unfortunately the baked goods were not. My son and I each got a lemon poppyseed scone, and they had a strange taste. They didn't really taste like lemon at all, and I couldn't eat it. We took our order to go or I would have said something. I would go back for the coffee and atmosphere.“

“Brassica in Shaker Heights was such a good find while visiting a friend. I went twice in one trip, that should tell you something. Got the salad bowl both times with hummus and basically loaded it up with everything, and it just works no matter what combo you put together. Tried the chicken on one visit and the brisket on the other, both were fabulous. Fair warning though, the brisket is subject to availability, so don't count on it being there every time.
Do yourself a favor and order the fries at least once even if you're trying to be good. They complement the bowl perfectly, and throwing a few fries right into the salad is genuinely a great move. Also have to mention the beer selection. Good local options and reasonably priced, which is a nice touch alongside the food.
This place earns the trip back any time I'm in the area.“

“First visit this evening with a small group of friends, had 14 different menu items, drinks, apps, pizzas and desserts The staff was attentive and swift, a nice back room to sit and relax with friends. Everything we tried was wonderful, the staff was flexible bring the hot honey for the pizza on the side. All five of us left comfortably stuffed . We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girl’s name (she was tall with long blonde hair), but she was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. The restaurant was also super clean and all the employees were working hard.“
