Never have waited this long in a drive thru. Several cars behind us have just left without their food. When we finally got to the window, we were asked what we ordered and the guy actually closed the window while my husband was speaking to him. No apologies, no explanations. Then opened our food and it's obvious the food was intentionally messy, biscuits falling apart, cheese melted all over the wrappers. Horrible service!!

McDonald's is a convenient and wheelchair-accessible restaurant with easy mobile ordering and pickup. The food is fresh and surprisingly fresh. The service can be a tad slow at times, but the customer service was amazing and the staff was very friendly and respectful. The food is generally good, including the bacon and egg McMuffin and double cheeseburger. The five dollar meal deal is done in a blink of an eye. The restaurant has clean bathrooms and comfortable seating.
