Never had to wait more than 10 minutes at this location. Food is always hot, neatly packed, and staff is friendly.
The best Wendy's food quality of any franchise. Always fresh and actually hot, not just saying 'hot'. The only trade-off is you may wait up to 6 minutes. Made-to-order food always tastes better than ready-to-go food dying in the window. Staff is very polite while being direct and to the point. International differences are slightly noticeable but don't get in the way of good service and great food. Decor is limited. Wendy's drive-thru service impressed. However, concerns arise as some locations do not open doors, affecting pick-ups. Despite this, Oakwood branch excels in swift service and fresh meals. Friendly staff leave a positive impression. Breakfast at Wendy's is highly recommended. Some workers were more interested in talking with each other than taking care of customers. They got an easy order wrong, but did give the missing piece of cheese. The burger was very salty, service was extremely slow and the lady who took the order did it with an attitude and rude. Then customers had to pull up and wait for their single and fries which were cold. The drink and frosty was given to customers before they were ask to pull up and someone would bring their order, so now the expensive medium frosty was melting. Typical Wendy's food.
