“Stopped by for breakfast. In town on a job. I try to avoid McDonald's, but today, it called for it and the breakfast I can do. I haven't been in the app in a bit, and it changed. What also changed was how you ordered your items. No more looking up item by typing. You must select it from a list. I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich, and inside, they took care of me so well! Kevina, to he specific, she really made my morning. I appreciate you!! Also, the manager came up and saw me waiting and instantly made sure I was good, definitely refreshing at McDonald's.“

“I hate this Burger King for the life of me. It’s always something, they don’t have this they don’t have that. UNLESS my guy Q is there, he is the most friendliest helpful person there, and he’s fast and he makes sure my order is right. He is probably the only reason I will go there. If he’s not there, it’s garbage. If I was rating Q for BK it would be all 5 stars and above, but if he’s not there I wouldn’t even give a half of a star.“

“Went twice. The turkey burgers was delicious and the fries are seasoned well. The quality of food and service was the same both visits with different chefs and different servers. They dont have grease on them. My mom usually eats her fries with ketchup but said they were flavorful without anything added so she didnt use any. Their lavender lemonade is good. My friend had the Hawaiian salmon burger and said it was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place. It's kind of set up like a bar inside for size reference.“

The burgers and hot dogs are very reasonably priced and the staff is very friendly! This place should be busier! I will def come back! Best burgers and hot dogs in cleveland!! I ate one of the dogs quicker than I could take the picture! But I had 2 classic coneys, a cheeseburger, tater tots and large drink... waited maybe 10 minutes. Food is handmade to order, which I appreciate. Its tough to find good restaurants that take pride in what they serve. You can taste it here!“

“Having moved from Florida's Gulf Coast last year, I had yet to find any food in Ohio I liked as well as Sarasota. Last night at Heck's, my hope was restored! The caliber of textures and tastes was fantastic! Delicious and clearly well thought out menu options for anyone's palate. I had the Moroccan kabobs and truffle pierogis (which are NOT your average pierogi!) and our table split several other appetizers. Great ambiance too. You'll love it.“

I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. “Unlike “Mac’s”, or the “King”s”, they serve Very Hot, Large Crinkle Cuts, Hot ‘n Fresh Burgers, and their Shake Machine(s) work. Even the courtesy of asking how “was the food/meal”, as well as offering to take your tray/trash. Some may say … “So?”. ………. WelI …….Appreciated It! And here is something that you may not see in the aforementioned places: Areas wiped with Clean Water & Towels. To Include the Trash Receptacles (saw a guy almost washing one). I was Impressed at the Cleanliness at which the Restaurant maintained. 👍🏾“

“Having seen that some of the reviews were less than stellar I wanted to share here that we had a very positive (lunch) experience yesterday (6-22-26) at RH restaurant. Yes, the menu is very pricey so go in expecting that reality. However the quality of our food, it’s aesthetic, and the service were all a 5 star experience. Special kudos to our waitress Brittany who helped make the experience special and befitting of a “dining experience”. (Also the young man delivering the food). My wife and son kept saying “it feels like we are in New York”. Specific comment as to the timing of food delivery which in our case was more than satisfactory…(as in food delivered quickly). Also, we enjoyed and appreciated the overall design and layout of the restaurant, very open and very bright. In summary, pricey, but we had a great lunchtime experience.“

“Short-staffed at this location at the toll road service center for our big bus group plus other travelers. Also, wouldn't give the bus drivers a courtesy meal because we didn't call ahead. They were just not prepared for the influx of people, no desserts and so ice cream or frozen drinks. Disappointed quite a few people - but got our food to us, so that was a plus. :)“

“I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and a large fountain drink. The burger was delicious, perfectly cooked with a good amount of crispy bacon and melty cheese. Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“

“What can I say. I've always liked there Roman burger and fries. I always say no cheese on anything and they would repeat what I say but I some how I end up with cheese on my sandwich. I am lactose intolerant which makes it hard on my stomach.“
