“This place is a hidden gem! We stopped here before our sons hockey game. Servers were on top of it. I got the chicken Caesar wrap and fries. One of the best wraps I've ever had. My husband got the brick house burger and he said it was very good. The toasted bun was a nice touch. We will definitely be back!“

“Having moved from Florida's Gulf Coast last year, I had yet to find any food in Ohio I liked as well as Sarasota. Last night at Heck's, my hope was restored! The caliber of textures and tastes was fantastic! Delicious and clearly well thought out menu options for anyone's palate. I had the Moroccan kabobs and truffle pierogis (which are NOT your average pierogi!) and our table split several other appetizers. Great ambiance too. You'll love it.“

“Wow! What a fantastic place this is. I was expecting to go in a get a hotdog for lunch. Was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. That never happens anymore these days. It was the owners mother taking my order and she went over the entire menu with me. I got a chilly dog, a taco gordito dog, a pot roast loaded baked potato and a shrimp Caesar loaded baked potato. Took it to my parents and we were absolutely amazed how good this food was. Just a fantastic place with fantastic food with fantastic people. I am so glad I stopped in. I will be back for sure. I stopped into the Five Guys during a very busy rush, and I was genuinely impressed. Dominic was an absolute rockstar he handled the crowd with speed, friendliness and professionalism. I didn't wait long at all for service or my food, which came out hot, fresh and perfectly prepared just the way I ordered it. Five Guys quality at its best.

Even the courtesy of asking how “was the food/meal”, as well as offering to take your tray/trash. Some may say … “So?”. ………. WelI …….Appreciated It! And here is something that you may not see in the aforementioned places: Areas wiped with Clean Water & Towels. To Include the Trash Receptacles (saw a guy almost washing one). I was Impressed at the Cleanliness at which the Restaurant maintained. 👍🏾“

“I finished the guardians game with my 9 year old niece tonight around 9:15pm in downtown Cleveland. My sister’s only rule was that i was not allowed to get my niece any ice cream after the game. The Guardians won so I decided to break the rules and suffer the consequences later by getting iced cream for my niece on a school night. I arrived after they closed, around 10:03pm. They did not have to serve me because they were technically closed according to their posted hours of operation. A gentleman named Jason agreed to serve us, and my niece was very happy. I appreciate the entire Tuesday night Dairy Queen crew that decided to make my niece happy. My sister may be upset for breaking the rules, but Dairy Queen understood the assignment! Thanks guys! “Everyone at our table if four thoroughly enjoyed their meal. We shared the deluxe charcuterie (and requested an additional warm baguette so each couple had one). It was divine. Also enjoyed w white wine recommended by our server. Perfect pairing w our salmon dinners (two of us). Another person had the sea bass; the fourth had salad w grilled chicken. The love and dedication I received in the first order moved me so much, I proceeded to order another round. “Yesterday, I came in at around 9 am for a good breakfast meal to start my day. The polite and kind young man working the cash register was very kind and helpful, with a smile on their face! You usually do not see people like that these days!! He helped me decide on the Bacon Egg N Cheese Biscuit with a hashbrown and a medium coffee with two creams. This was my first time at this McDonalds location and seeing the young mans positivity really made my day! When he brang out my food, I asked for his name and I think he said Jake. Way to go McDonalds, and way to go Jake! He has a bright future ahead of him.“
