“This is my first review. I made a Yelp account specifically to review this Burger King. This was the BEST service I have ever seen in fast food. The gentleman at the counter, Jeff, was incredible. He went out of his way to have brief but meaningful conversations with the customers, and he went above and beyond to remember each persons name from their order just so he could kindly wish them goodbye as they left. He clearly enjoys his job, and I hope corporate recognizes his service in a world where so few have that positive attitude in this line of work.“

“I have been here soooooo many times and the food is always dependably well prepared, hot, fresh and delicious! I've legit been a patron since they were in infancy and on Green Road. Today was no different as far as the food quality but while the customer service is always good, today it was remarkable. I do not prefer fries; judge someone else but I like a burger with a salad or some veggie if it's an option. Anyway, I had no idea sautéed veggies were an option here but much to my surprise the kind lady who took my order educated me and I could not be more pleased. The veggies were delicious (sautéed cabbage, kale, onions,mushrooms and assorted bell peppers). You cannot miss with The Railroader burger and my husband raved about his Rasta Pasta; said it was better than every Jamaican restaurant he's ordered the same from.Vegetarian options: Ask about options“

“The food was wonderful the place smells delicious and when you look around the corners and in the nooks and crannies it’s very clean. They were extremely busy and told me it would be 40-45 minutes I showed up exactly 35 minutes and they said they need 5 more and it came out piping hot delicious.“

The chili was great but the fries aren't crunchy enough to withstand the liquid. On their own, the fries are also good and crispy enough.“
“Decided to try out a new restaurant for us, I have to find a place that offers good nonburger options as well for hubby. B2B has it all: beers and burgers obviously but also fun drinks, yummy apps, PLENTY of TVs to watch the game, and arcade game options (great for the kids). We went Sunday at 5pm during football season and were seated right away. Service was very fast as well. For food we ordered: Pretzels and Mac n Cheese bites, Butta baby burger and a chicken wrap with fries on the side. Im a little bit of a burger snob, but this passed with flying colors. “Our server Bridget was attentive in every was possible. We really enjoyed having her as our server. Now, for the food, the mussels were sprinkled with a lot of salt on the shells and the broth was TOO SALTY. They were returned only to discover, that the chef had rinsed the salt off of the shells and my wife could not eat them because she is on a restricted low sodium intake. The chef served the same mussels that were returned, which was in poor taste on Heck's part. My wife was SO DISAPPOINTED!!! It will be a long time before we dine there again.“

“Oh my gosh! We were visiting Columbus from Tennessee and my sister looked this place up for us to go. We didn't know what to expect and there was this cute kid with curly black hair that looked like Timothy Chalamet, out there directing us in.He went over the menu and gave us recommendations on what to order. He was running everywhere and going 90 to nothing getting all the orders and still being awesome with us. I wish I could remember his name.The food was absolutely amazing. Things on it like BBQ and tarter sauce, but it was actually delicious. I'm going to go ahead and say best burger even though I always thought Ohios best burgers were Kewpee. I think Swensons beat them, or maybe it was the well mannered Timmy Chalamet kid that waited on us. LolWe are coming back in May for my husband to have another procedure and we are going back. I hope the kid that looked like Timothy with manners like Wally Cleaver is there again.“

We didn't want anything super fancy (or super pricey!) and we're not native to this area of Cleveland, so we pulled up some local restaurants and the Academy looked great to us.We weren't disappointed! After a very brief moment of confusion when we walked in - I thought it might be a UK pub-type setup, where you order at the bar - we sat ourselves and our server, the manager for the night (so sorry I forgot your name!) came right over. The manager was amazing: great service, really kind, and clearly loves the place.We each had an Ace pineapple cider, which was maybe one of the best ciders I've ever had (and I love hard ciders). On tap, perfect blend of sweet and dry, and the pineapple flavor isn't overpowering. I liked it so much I had a second.For food, we got six Buffalo wings, a basket of onion rings, and the Academy burger and fries. The wings were literally everything I want from a chicken wing: fresh, hot, tossed but not soaked in sauce. Some people might prefer a crisper wing - as far as I could tell, these weren't battered or floured (although I could be wrong) but for me they were perfect. The onion rings were fresh out of the fryer and not too greasy, so that's an immediate win. We didn't end up eating much of the burger, but that's through no fault of the burger! The portion of it I did have was well cooked, juicy, and thick. Great quality burger, I just wish I was hungry enough for it! And, of course, my fiancé's star of the show: the fries. Fries were the perfect thickness, not too thick and not too tiny, freshly cooked, and the seasoning on them was top notch. I think my partner ate more of the fries than any other part of the meal.All this and our meal and drinks came out to about $47! I literally did a double take at the bill because I couldn't believe it was so low.I want to give a special shout out to the manager (again, so sorry I forgot your name) for being so helpful and kind. The kiosk made it super easy for two people doing BYO Burger options, and we upgraded to get the meal option and get the side salad, which was incredably fresh and a great portion size. The burgers had all the items we asked for. We must have came in after a lunch rush because it was quite messy around the dining area but they had begun cleaning tables and floors before long. The main downside to any Five Guys dining experience is they have always been known to have extremely high prices, buyer beware. “Greatest Burger in the City period, always cooked fresh right in front of you. I'll go here before I go to other Burger joint because can't nobody touch them for quality and consistency. My only issue with them is they're extremely high priced. I paid $39.00 for two burgers two fries and two milkshake. Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's, Rally and all them other Burger joints ain't worth my money they have all went down the tube and I won't waste a dime at any of them never again. “It doesn't matter if you go in the morning or evening, BurgerIM is one of my favorite places to stop for a bite or cocktail. If you go in the morning, the owners Mario and Maya will be there. They're both super friendly and actually took the time to get to know me a bit and they remember my and ask me about the pieces of my week I've told them about when I come in. If you go during the evening, you'll see familiar friendly faces there watching the game enjoying some wings and drinks! The servers are always good for a laugh and it's a very nice atmosphere. I usually go with the wings with the sweet crunchy sauce they make in-house. They get the wings fresh, never frozen, and cook them to order! If I'm feeling a burger, I usually go with the Spanish Beef when I want a little heat. I love lamb, and I've never had a lamb burger before coming to BurgerIM. Now I like them more than gyros! My favorite is the consistency throughout the day. “So this sandwich shop was recommended by a co-worker so I placed an online order for 4 sandwiches with sides. First, the order was ready on time and was accurate. I picked up the order and the five minute drive back had my mouth watering. Smelled so good! I love the side options, waffle fries, tots, fried pickles, fried mushrooms, etc., etc. I ordered the chicken pita. It came loaded with chicken and the softest Greek style pita. I'd like a little more sauce, but overall pretty delicious. I also really enjoyed the fried pickles. They were breaded pickle spears, warm and crispy with that snap when you bite into it. Also, not greasy at all. The ranch was so-so. I was pretty hungry and forgot to snap pics, except for the pita! I'd definitely like to return & try more of their items!“
