Rascal House in Maple Heights, OH is a popular spot known for its delicious food and great pizza. Their penne pasta with a special sauce and roast beef sub are favorites among customers. The restaurant offers a loyalty points system that allows customers to get free pizza slices, encouraging many to return year after year. Whether dining in or ordering delivery, Rascal House aims to provide a consistently good experience. Recent reviews mention that the chicken tenders did not meet expectations, looking nothing like those on the website, and the pizza was considered average. The customer service was good, but some felt the owner or store manager should improve the quality of the chicken tenders. Despite some criticism, the restaurant is appreciated for its passionate cooking and top-notch prices. However, some customers found the delivery options expensive, with overcooked wings and small salad portions, feeling they did not get value for the price. Overall, Rascal House remains a popular choice for pizza and Italian food in the area.
