“This place is very good!
Maria was very kind and warm, has the patience of a saint, and is very knowledgeable about the menu.
The store appears clean and well kept (in the front and back).
All the employees appeared to stay busy the entire time I was in the store.

I got wings, fries (with bacon and cheese) and a regular lemonade. The Scorpion Sting flavor on the wings has a wonderful kick of spice! The fries are my favorite in the entire city! Everything was made fresh to order.
10/10 stars. Definitely will be back“

“Was hearing so much about Charley's cheesesteak, the article in the Call and Post is what really pulled me in. “Heard nothing but great things about this place so I stopped by because I was fairly close by and I had a craving for a cheesesteak. Unfortunately after driving around the block 3 times, I couldn’t find a place to park. So I wasn’t able to give them a try…I’m a westsider and I’m not normally in the area, so not sure when I’ll be back.“

My husband spoke to the manager, Hani, who handled the situation with total professionalism, respect, and kindness. He immediately replaced our entire order from scratch! “This Penn Station is a go to for my family when we want a quick, affordable meal. The staff are always very friendly to us and I feel as if they genuinely care about our dining experience (which is rare these days). One time they forgot to pack my daughter's sandwich and before I had even realized what happened, they called me and gave us a free sandwich. I cannot think of a place in recent memory that went out of their way to own up to a mistake like that.
So if you're looking for good food that doesn't feel like you're getting ripped off, and quality customer service, I recommend this Penn Station.“
