I made 2 different online orders for pick-up, and Pizza Hut staff called to verify. I appreciated the extra touch of them reaching out to me on a very busy holiday--Christmas Eve. The food was hot, and delicious.
My pizza and chicken were prepared well and the way I ordered it. The customer service is lacking. There was no greeting, was not offered a bag for the small items like the chicken bowl. The whole transaction was dry.

You always expect a margin of error with such a big order but everyone was happy. Thank you!Vegetarian options: My niece and her family are vegetarian and they don't have to settle for just cheese pizza when we order from pizza hut. Stuffed crust pizza is the best.
