“Restaurant is nice and clean, and looks brand new, although was told it’s been there for 10 years. Food was fresh as can be; service was great, too. In an age where most fast food places are filthy, this Subway is top notch. Hats off to managers and staff.“

“My boyfriend and I ordered online pick up and he went to get it in store but ended up getting super dizzy and passed out onto the floor. The staff was super concerned and made sure he was okay and gave him water and some ice while he came to. They even went out of their way to make sure he was telling the truth about me driving us home to make sure he got home alright. I didn’t get their names but I am really grateful for their act of kindness. This never happened to him before and he was super embarrassed but I’m glad there’s still good people out there to genuinely cares for their customers.“

“The food was hot and tasty. My husband tried to place another order to go, he stood at the counter trying to order, but no one came over. They seemed pretty busy with the drive-thru so we left. They expect you to order in store online. That is not good for us because we are not used to using those kinds of machines.“

“I was in town camping and decided to eat out on our last night there, living off burgers and hot dogs for 3 nights straight was enough. Lol stopped in here for a hot meal and to enjoy the ac. There was a mix up with our food but the manager took care of me right away and got things straightened out.

Had to wait a few extra minutes but the manager handled things great so I don't have any serious complaint whatsoever. I'd definitely eat there again when I'm in town camping, despite the mix up I wad still pleased with my experience. They get it perfect next time I'll change it to a 5 star lol“

“Spats is my kinda place. The first time I visited Spats, I saw a neon beer sign in the window and figured I’d grab a beer while I was waiting for my gf to finish her shopping. I was instantly met with the dive-bar/hole in the wall vibe. Spats did not disappoint! If that’s not what you’re looking for, you might try the dining area instead of the bar area, which has at least 10 TVs, so I assume it’s also a nice sports bar.

So I told my gf that we should come back sometime when we want to hang out. We did! There aren’t many vegetarian options, but you can get typical bar food, plus an extensive lunch/dinner menu. I tried the fried mushrooms. They were delicious! I see why some ppl don’t like the fries, but they were perfect for me. They were not greasy or cooked in recycled oil like some idiots claimed in their reviews. But yes, they’re typical of real potato fries: soft and limp, just the way I like them. But they were also a little bland. Nothing a little salt couldn’t fix. I also had the fried shrimp, which was fine. Cole slaw was OK. My gf liked her chicken salad. Portions are HUGE. I’ll be back to try other items on the menu. I’m giving it 5 stars to offset the idiots who gave it one. But overall, it’s probably 4.5 stars.“

“I am going through a possible gluten/wheat allergy diagnosis and am avoiding all of that to help rule out my issues. I went in yesterday to get a sub and asked for it to be gluten-free. Not only did they cut the bread in a different area, they took the time to cut fresh ingredients to avoid cross-contamination. I was incredibly pleased with their care and concern for my health. “Very good place. I started stopping here, the Johnny make me very comfortable! I bring 10 people with my friends & family because of Johnny only as he is amazing, he got all of whatever we needed. As I would have gone to other place but he said no pls I'll will be with you guys so we checked & tested him 1 month but yea Johnny got the thing what we were expecting from him as we would have found stuff somewhere else also. So, we have decided till he is working we will come always & after don't know haha... “This was my first experience at pulp ever. I had never gone to a pulp location because I had never seen the point of paying for a smoothie. Earlier today, I stopped by this location due to the heat and was overwhelmed by a huge menu. I was fortunate enough to have an employee assist me in choosing a smoothie that I would enjoy. I believe her name was Evelyn but I remember distinctly that she had blue hair. This employee gave me useful advice in addition to not rushing me through. My smoothie came out quickly and tasted delicious. Truly an unforgettable experience and I will be returning to this location in the future.“

“I come to this subway decently often on weeknights because I enjoy the food, but what sets this subway apart is the service, I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone at this subway, and it is incredibly clean. Everyone here is extremely polite but one worker that always goes above and beyond is Aiden. He is always polite, quick, and he makes great tasting subs.“

“Got a sub box for Father’s Day and was very impressed. The tunafish sub was actually packed with tuna, unlike a lot of other sub places. Very impressed with the selection and how everything was put together. Would highly recommend and will be doing so again myself.!“

“I'd given up on McDonald's dinner food in recent years. For one thing, the fries at other locations were disgusting, over cooked slabs of fried potato strips.
But were were nearby at dinner time, and decided to give it a shot. Two big mac meals with fries and cokes, that were as good as i'd ever had in the early years. I don't know how this location gets it so right when other locations can't but the meal was simply perfect, making me wonder if they've gone back to beef tallow like other fast food joints. Regardless of what the reasons are, this individually owned McDonald's is doing things old school, and I love it!“

“It's McDonald's what else is there to say?! The prices are no longer cheap and some items have gotten smaller. Depending on the time of day, your wait may be longer, but overall the service is good but the price isn't as economical as it once was.“

“I was having a family get-together so I had a fairly large order and I was a little concerned because of the bad reviews, but they did an awesome job. I ordered over the phone ahead of time and the person on the phone (I believe it was Brittani) was extremely helpful and polite, gave me all my options, and confirmed my order. When I went to pick it up they were just finishing it up exactly on time so it was hot and fresh. Everything was correct and again they were very polite ringing it up. When we got home, all the food was really good. I have zero complaints. This is what good customer service used to be, but it’s not that common now, especially in fast food. Great job.“

“I have been coming to this Dairy Queen since I was three and it's been a staple in Mentor on the lake and I just have to say they have been fantastic and the manager just did the kindest thing and I'm not going to explain why but she was awesome and I want everybody to know that they need to go there they're Putt-Putt courses awesome their ice cream is awesome their hot dogs and their pretzel sticks are awesome and the manager is so sweet you guys all need to go there and support this local establishment!“

“Love the online ordering, it was easy and quick! I like the pictures showing your pizza as you build it to your liking. The delivery tracker and notification is great, it arrived within 25 minutes! We ordered a white cheddar chicken and bacon thin crust pizza with spinach, mushrooms, onions, banana peppers, black olives, with a garlic flavor crust, Cajun wings. Food was hot and delicious, we loved it!“
