I placed an order and informed the woman that I had a coupon for two footlong subs for 12.99 and she told me that that they will not honor coupons the register won't allow it. I could have paid in cash but she was insistent, and told me the other subways won't take them either. She then charged me 13.99 for one regular footlong sub. Never in my life have I left a review for an establishment but this place deserves it and not for a good reason.We lost a close family friend suddenly and my husband went to get sandwiches with a coupon so that we wouldn't have to cook as we are also leaving town and caring for a newborn baby.My husband ordered a spicy Italian and a BLT. I stopped in tonight with my grandson. We bought 2 footlong sandwiches and 2 cookies. I noticed the register showed no numbers and she rang the order. I was not given a receipt and wasn't too concerned about it until now. I just looked at my bank account to learn my total was $17.68.. Are you kidding me?! I will be contacting them for an explanation.
