I placed an order and informed the woman that I had a coupon for two footlong subs for 12.99 and she told me that that they will not honor coupons the register won't allow it. I could have paid in cash but she was insistent, and told me the other subways won't take them either. She then charged me 13.99 for one regular footlong sub. I called another Subway a few miles away and the person working there told me that they do take coupons there and they did not know why another Subway would not. I feel very cheated and will not go back. I would give zero stars

Never in my life have I left a review for an establishment but this place deserves it and not for a good reason.We lost a close family friend suddenly and my husband went to get sandwiches with a coupon so that we wouldn't have to cook as we are also leaving town and caring for a newborn baby.My husband ordered a spicy Italian and a BLT. His spicy Italian was made with ham instead of salami and meager portions on all the ingredients. Okay, whatever, maybe the employee has small hands and bad eyesight. You never know.When I unwrapped my BLT (B=bacon, L=lettuce, T=tomato) I was greeted with a sandwich of bacon and mayonnaise.My husband didn't want to leave the house again and we had tomato and lettuce at home but I called to complain, because really?Never in my life have I been greeted with such unkind, rude customer service. I began the call by telling them the problem and clarifying that my husband ordered a BLT. Whoever I was speaking to, I'm assuming it was a manager, began speaking over me loudly and saying that if my husband wanted lettuce and tomato he should have said so. I tried to interrupt and let him know that lettuce and tomato is literally in the name and he told me he knew that but that my husband should have asked for lettuce and tomato. What the heck!?! I tried to get him to understand my frustration but he continued to talk over me even when I politely asked multiple times if I could speak. I finally hung up.To the manager, learn some basic people skills. Also, make the freaking sandwich the right way. It's in the dang name. You may think that arguing with someone until they hang up in defeat means you've somehow won, but instead you earn a 1 star review and lose business. Maybe that's why you skimp out on portions and don't take coupons.

I stopped in tonight with my grandson. We bought 2 footlong sandwiches and 2 cookies. I noticed the register showed no numbers and she rang the order. I was not given a receipt and wasn't too concerned about it until now. I just looked at my bank account to learn my total was $17.68.. Are you kidding me?! I will be contacting them for an explanation.

Arrived 40 minutes before close, the "open" sign was still lit and all the lights were on but the doors were locked and it didn't look like anyone was inside.

Will straight up steal your money and claim the technology doesn't work so there's no way you can get a refund. They refused to give me any number to make it right another way. Will offer a BOGO instead... Shady

I’m only giving them 1 star because I needed it to log in to leave a review! My flat bread was molded! My favorite person wasn’t working tonight and there were no more flatbreads available! The young lady was working alone and doesn’t look a day over 16. My heart aches for her because there were 3 other people in the store! One man was looking like he wanted to eat her. So I waited. decided to cancel My order, only 5 wheat and 1 6 inch herb and cheese left. Very few cucumbers that were sliced extremely uneven and thick.Just disgusted. Something should be done. .

Subs are decent, not very much meat and cheese added as compared to other Subways I visited in the past. Thought it odd employees do not wear face masks.

I waited for 30 mins before the 1 employee finally got to me. It took other 10 mins for my simple order which the pizza I also ordered wasn't in my bag when I got home. The man was rude and acted like he was frustrated. It's a Subway why is only 1person working. Subway Brand is a good quality fresh alternative fast food. If you can't service the public with good quality food and customer service you shouldn't have a franchise! I will not come here again.
