Customer service and make amends when you screw up.
My wife ordered chicken from this store. We received everything but the bucket of chicken. She even asked if everything was there. She made the mistake that the employees of Kentucky Fried Chicken would remember the chicken. Here's a clue, it's in your company's name. I had to call, drive over to get the chicken, and drive back. Customer service was bad
This place was terrible. The servers are rude, our order was bundled, the place is filthy, and the soda dispensed was watered down.
